Apple-Peanut Butter Smoothie

Apples and peanut butter are a classic pair. Try them blended together in this healthy smoothie recipe.

Ingredient


    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

    • 1 small apple, chopped

    • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

    • 2 teaspoons honey (Optional)

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

    • 4-6 ice cubes

Instructions

    Combine almond milk, apple, peanut butter, honey (if using), vanilla, cinnamon and ice cubes in a blender. Puree until smooth
